Zhengchang Jinfeng series continuous crystallization equipment

I. Product introduction:
Zhengchang Jinfeng series continuous crystallization equipment is mainly used for crystallization operation, which usually cools down or evaporates the solution so that crystals are precipitated after reaching a certain degree of super-saturation. Very pure crystal products can be obtained from solution of very high impurity content through crystallization operation, and the energy consumption is low. It is widely used in chemical, pesticides, materials, oil field, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

II. The types and technical parameters of product:
 (1) Various types of single-stage continuous crystallizer;
 (2) Grade 2 or Grade 3 cooling crystallizers in series;
 (3) Vacuum evaporating crystallizer is connected with Grade 1 or Grade 2 cooling crystallizer in series;
 (4) Multi-stage evaporating crystallizer.

III. Product features:
Compared with traditional intermitted crystallizers, continuous crystallization equipment has many significant advantages:
1. Crystallization conditions are relatively stable and easy to control. The machine can crystallize under lower degree of super-saturation, and the grain size is easy to control.
2. System is easy to realize automatic control, to ensure low labor intensity and operating cost.
3. Without adding seed crystal, cryptomere elimination and clear mother liquor overflow technology can be used so that the continuous crystallizer can control the particle size distribution and magma density to make the primary particle size stable, reduce the mother liquor and improve the production intensity.
4. Crystallizer is upsized; production for single set of equipment is large, and product quality is stable.
5. Depending on the characteristics of the crystallization system, continuous crystallization can use single-stage crystallization, or multi-stage crystallization or a combination of different types of crystallization to greatly reduce crystallization energy consumption by reasonable use of lowering the temperature through cooling water, vacuum evaporation, or frozen salt water and other cooling modes.
