III. Product features:
1. It is driven by vibration motor, with smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise and long service life.
2. Under the action of hot air, the material is fully fluidized and contacts well with hot air, with high heat transfer efficiency, and thus the evenly dried products can be obtained.
3. According to the physical and chemical properties of the material, the hot blast temperature can be arbitrarily adjusted, and the energy saving effect is remarkable, saving energy about 30% compared with the general drying device.
4. The material thickness, movement speed inside the machine and amplitude can be adjusted.
5. Almost no damage to the surface of the materials.
6. The drying chamber can adopt a fully enclosed structure as required, without cross-contamination.
