I. Product introduction:
Zhengchang Pengge’er series horizontal circulation dryer is the national key new product, which is widely used for drying, curing and stabilizing feed and food. The advanced technology is adopted for the product, which is clean and flexible in drying with good drying quality.

III. Product features:
1. The international advanced technology and pendulum distributing device are adopted, with even material distribution and good moisture evenness;
2. The macromolecule polymer wire mesh or stainless steel mesh plate, perforated plate is adopted for mesh belt, which will not be stuck with material, and is clean and sanitary.
3. With unique air duct system and built-in circulating air duct, the air flow direction can be adjusted according to need, and controlled among the materials;
4. There are air inlets and outlets among different drying sections, convenient for adjusting the temperature and humidity of air flow and controlling the drying speed, with good quality and high curing degree of the drying material;
5. The modular design is adopted, the machine in length direction can be modularly assembled to form easily different drying sections. The mesh belt or sieve plate can be in 2 layers, 3 layers or above according to user requirements, with width of 1.8 or 2.4 meters available for choice;
6. Drying and cooling can be combined in one; the drying time is adjustable;
7. The built-in cleaning auger can be used to clean powdery material and broken material; the bottom cleaning device with proprietary technology can clean the powder at the bottom;
8. It is widely used in curing, stabilizing and drying of feed, food and other industries.
