Zhengchang Jinfeng series dryer for high humidity materials (single-shaft)

I. Product introduction:
Zhengchang Jinfeng series dryer for high humidity materials (single-shaft) uses heat flow and wet materials for sufficient heat exchange, with materials burning fully, high thermal efficiency and material recovery rate as high as 99%. It is suitable for drying vinasse materials with high water content and viscosity.

III. Product features:
1. The machine is for secondary drying under the fully enclosed condition, and heat exchange is fully formed between the heat flow and wet material.
2. Materials recovery rate reaches up to 99%.
3. With the use of Italian Riello full-automatic burner, it can burn fully with high thermal efficiency.
4. Speed regulation for material feeding available. The feeding volume can be adjusted easily according to the dryness of the finished products.
5. The machine is suitable for drying vinasse materials with high water content and viscosity, such as brewer's grain, liqueur vinasse, starch vinasse, rice bran vinasse and all kinds of slag materials, such as bean slag, sugar slag, fruit slag, sauce slag and chicken manure, compound fertilizer, peat, rare earth and other materials with high humidity. It is mainly the combination of rotary vane dryer and air flow dryer. The wet materials are conveyed into the rotary vane dryer, with 500℃-700℃ hot air provided by hot blast furnace, the rotating vane rotates in high speed to blow materials and makes the material dispersed in space for sufficient heat exchange with the hot air, the vane plate at end throws the material into the air pipe for drying. Airflow and material enters cyclone for separation, which can dry the material with moisture content of 70% into material with moisture content of 15%.

I. Product introduction: Zhengchang Jinfeng series dryer for high humidity materials (two-shaft) adopts two-shaft stirring. It is the latest stirring dryer, with high drying intensity, good evenness, without viscosity to the wall, applicable to vinasse materials of higher moisture content and high viscosity.

III: Product features:
1. It adopts two-shaft stirring, and is the latest stirring dryer where the stirred material is thrown up between the two shafts, without stickiness to the wall.
2.with large contact area with heat medium and high drying intensity.
3. The product has smashing function; the material generated has small and even particle size.
4. The machine has unique adaptability to materials of high humidity and certain viscosity and the drying rate is fast.
5. The machine is suitable for drying grain materials with higher water content and viscosity, such as brewer's grain, starch vinasse, rice vinasse, and all kinds of slag materials, such as bean slag, sugar slag, fruit slag, sauce slag and chicken manure, compound fertilizer, peat, rare earth and other materials with high humidity. The machine is composed of two stirring shafts that throw blades in the opposite directions. Wet materials go into the rotary vane dryer, and are blown and thrown by the stirring shafts, and dispersed in the drying chamber. 300℃-700℃ temperature is provided by the hot blast furnace so that the dispersed material contacts with high temperature flue gas to achieve full heat exchange. The materials are thrown to the discharge nozzle at the end through throwing vane board and go into the cyclone for separation. It dries the materials of about 70% water content to below 20%.
