III. Product features:
1. The machine integrates the respective advantages of the crawler-type dryer and vibrated fluidized bed dryer.
2. During drying process, material granules are individually in suspension and spin state on the wind board, the overall material is in fluidized state; the mixing and contact with the hot air are optimized for further heat exchange. Material moves along with the scraper blade after even heating, and the moving time can be adjusted. Floating dryer, therefore, can appropriately dry expended material with different particle diameters according to user’s production requirements.
3. Advanced drying principle greatly improves the output of a single device.
4. Drying time can be adjusted to ensure good drying effect of materials.
5. Double-layer drying structure is adopted; the hot air penetrates two layers of material from the bottom to the top, thus improving use efficiency of heat energy and reducing use cost.
6. Cooling fin is directly installed at the bottom of the dryer to reduce the floor space.
