Fengshen series grains - corn dryer
I. Product introduction:
Zhengchang Fengshen dryer mainly adopts the mixed flow drying principle highly praised by drying experts, which has high thermal efficiency, low unit energy consumption and high productivity; it is mainly used for drying of: rice, wheat, rapeseed, cotton seed, corn, sorghum, soybean, mung bean, sunflower seed and other seeds.
II. Product parameters:
Note: All the above indexes are based on raw material of rice, the initial moisture is 19%, final moisture is 14%, environment temperature is 20℃, relative humidity is 70%, the temperature of wet grain before being fed into the machine is 20℃, the air pressure is 101.325 kPa2; as for other materials (corn, rapeseed, wheat, barley, soybean, tea seed, bancoul nut, etc.), drying technology and operating parameters may be adjusted as required.
III. Product features:
1. Drying machine adopts the mixed flow drying principle highly praised by drying experts, which has high thermal efficiency, low unit energy consumption and high productivity; because mixed flow low temperature drying is adopted, the dehydration is slow and even, thermal damage is slight, the cracking rate (incremental cracking rate) is low, and the grain quality after drying is good;
2. The grain discharge device of the dryer adopts sliding valve type structure, so as not to damage the material; grain discharge speed can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the output and dehydration requirement, and the drying speed can be adjusted according to requirement for seed grain or commodity grain on the premise of meeting the capability and the need, so as to meet the quality requirements.
3. Drying machine adopts the mixed flow principle; during cycling drying, the number of cycles may be less than that of cross flow dryer to ensure evenness of material after drying and reduce cracking of material;
4. As corrosion resistant alloy material is adopted (stainless aluminum, stainless steel, hot dip galvanized sheet), the machine is characterized by excellent rust resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good appearance, long service life, etc.;
5. The production of the complete set of device uses CNC punching and bending and barely adopts welding (part of the weldment adopts hot dip galvanized anti-rust treatment); standardized production ensures good compatibility and allows arbitrary configuration and series of production, so as to achieve scale operation and reduce the production cost.
6. The machine adopts block structure and allows arbitrary combination according to different output, operation mode (batch cycling or continuous cycle) and dehydration requirement, so as to meet the requirements on the scale of drying.
7. De-dusting system can be configured according to process requirement, the environmental protection requirement can be met without using settling chamber; plus with other factors, such as achievable open installation, the total investment cost can be reduced.
8. The machine has multi-functions. The same device can not only be used to dry rice, rapeseed, soybean, wheat, corn and other grains, but also be used to dry different grains in different harvest season, thus improving use efficiency and reducing idle time of the equipment.
