Zhengchang insulation silo - quality “preservation”

For the raw material with demanding quality requirement, such as steel silo for storage (e.g., seed storage), steel silo in the form of thermal insulation is generally adopted to guarantee that raw material can meet quality requirements.

General insulation materials are: Polyurethane foam, generally divided into two groups: isocyanate (component A), Model M-20S, imported Lu-pranat product, produced by Germany Elstogran GmbH; polyether polyol (component B), Model FF - 14IB, produced in Beijing; the material ratio is 1:1.


Engineering characteristics:
√ Thermal insulation. The space between inner and outer plate is the thermal insulation layer, which can provide good thermal insulation function, reduce the effect of external temperature on the silo and grain temperature;
√ Quality assurance. Low temperature storage helps increase the stability of grain storage, inhibit decline in quality or deterioration of the raw materials stored in the silo, greatly prolong safe storage time of grain and keep the grain quality.
√ Safety. Silo body adopts five-layer seaming technology to prevent leakage of rain; horizontal and vertical ribbed structure of wind ring and vertical stud form a stable frame; silo cover is the space structure formed by oblique beam, pull rod, support and color steel top plate, which can provide powerful stiffness to withstand strong wind and other possible load.
